Troop 809 has established the Jim Streeter Memorial Fund to assist boys in the troop who are active in Scouting, but who may be experiencing financial difficulties. The troop committee encourages families who would benefit from this fund to contact either the troop committee chairman or Scoutmaster. Any request will be discussed in the strictest of confidence. Fees associated with summer camp, outings, dues, etc. are eligible for funding. High adventure camps are not eligible for this funding, however, each of these camps offer a limited number of camperships.
