Troop 809 parents & scouts (and parents, if you have received this email, please forward to your boys!)
As you know, Friends of Troop 809 is sponsoring a “Cord of Wood” raffle for us.
The raffle is scheduled to go off the second Sunday in September (September 11, our first meeting)
We have been selling tickets at our pit beef sales, but I know more can be sold! This has the potential to be a large fundraiser for us. But I can’t do it without everyone’s help.
I’m asking the scouts to get some tickets from me and help to sell them to family, friends, neighbors. The more tickets we sell, the more money we make. The wood was donated.
Please let me know how many tickets you would like and I can make arrangements for pick-up or delivery. There is only about 4 more weeks to sell tickets.
