This is a reminder that the 1st Troop Meeting for the year is 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept 11th at the Jarrettsville United Methodist Church – 1733 Jarrettsville Rd; Jarrettsville, MD 21084.
The drawing for the Friends of Troop 809 will be held tomorrow to win a cord of firewood!! Please make sure your family has turned in any raffle tickets that were sold. A representative from Friends will be at the meeting tomorrow to sell last minute raffle tickets. Remember the wood will be delivered to the prize winner!!!!!!!!!!! Tickets are 1 for $1, 6 for $5 or 13 for $10.
This meeting also marks the registration deadline for the September Canoe Campout. Don’t forget your permission slip and payment!
Elections are being held on 10/2. Please make sure to send an email to Mr. Dave if you would like to run for a leadership position.
