If you are planning to attend our Webelos Weekend Campout on December 10th and 11th, you must complete this permission slip and return it to Troop 809 before you can attend. NOTE: If you download/save this form to your computer, you can then use Adobe Acrobat to type in all the information and click on the “Print” button to print the completed form.
Parents or Guardian attending the activities – You are also required to complete and return a form as well.
Please be prepared for a full day of outdoor activities, so keep a good check on the weather forecast and bring all appropriate clothes and supplies for the weather! We look forward to having you join us at camp and spending a great day with Troop 809!
